School hours are specified by the school authorities from time to time.
Students must occupy their seats in the class minutes before the warning bell.
Students are strictly forbidden to wear ornaments , watches or bring any valuable articles to school. The school will not be responsible for the loss of any such articles brought by students.
Running or shouting is not allowed.
Personal hygiene and cleanliness are expected from all students.
Every Student should be encouraged to speak in English.
Every student should endeavor to tone the fair name of the school by excelling in good manners.
SCHOOL’S GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
Pupils must arrive to school before the bell rings at 9.20 a.m. They must attend school with clean and tidy school uniform with shoes on all school days.
Pupils must be regular and punctual to school. They should be present for at least 85% of total working days to write their second term examination.
Parents must check and send their wards to school with text books and note books according to their time - table.
Pupils who were absent on the previous day without permission must bring their parents with leave letter on the subsequent day.
Parents who seek information or wish to make a complaint should do so with the principal and not to the class teachers directly.
The progress report must be collected and signed by the parents on or before the prescribed date.
School fee must be paid on or before the prescribed date in every term otherwise parents should meet the Principal in advance.
Amount prescribed for the question and answer papers to pupils for the Terminal Examinations must be paid prior to the commencement of the examination. Pupils will be allowed to the term Examination only after they clear all the dues of the fee.
It is compulsory that every student should take part in extra curricular activities of school like Games, Drawings, Kung-fu, Music, Dance and cultural Activities.
Parents must inform the school Management whenever there is any change of address of their wards.
The parents are expected to check, sign and send the diary every day without fail.
Parents must meet the principal regarding their wards’ performance atleast once a month.
Whenever the Principal feels necessary to discuss their wards’ performance, the parents must attend without fail on the expected day.
Parents / Guardians are not allowed to meet their child during the class hours.
However, the parents / guardians are free to open their hearts about their wards’ learning progress with the Principal in a proper way.
